Yes! You're not charged per request or hours worked. Instead, you're provided access to a designer and design manager who oversees your design requests as you need. Your requests are queued and they are addressed one by one in any order that you set.
Every request is different, turn-around within 48hrs is the norm depending on the complexity. Urgent requests, receive urgent attention. For larger projects, you will receive staggered deliveries until all associated project requests are complete. Do note that for clear communication between you and the designer, it's important to be specific and detailed when writing the job brief.
Upon subscribing:
• You gain access to our online project management dashboard
• Submit the design request/s through a form
• Your requests go into a queue
• View the status at anytime
• View completed work via secure link to storage folder
• Submit comments/revisions if any
• Receive link to all final files
Status lists are as follows:
QUEUED: A list of requests. Add as many requests as you wish to this list.
ACTIVE: You will only have one truly active request a time. Your designer works on the top priority job in queue. Other requests follow on in timely fashion.
IN REVIEW: Project is placed in this list waiting to be approved by you.
APPROVED: Your official sign-off. This is the go-ahead for the designer to prepare final files.
FINAL DELIVERED: Completed jobs are placed here. You will receive all final project files for download.
You own the work. All approved work is made available to you in your requested use-ready formats: JPEG, PNG or PDF and source files – editable files, templates etc.
Your subscription period begins immediately upon payment of the subscription fee and continues over a 30-day cycle. Auto-repeated until you pause or cancel.
Highly unlikely :) Our designers are very experienced in interpreting a creative brief and receptive to a round or two of revisions. Any requested changes should be in line with the initial goals within your project brief.

You retain the service in 30 day cycles as per your subscription. The contract is your agreement to our terms and conditions upon your sign-on.
